The arbitration institute successfully held the third Shanghai International Arbitration Forum
On March 9, 2018, “The third Shanghai International Arbitration Forum”, hosted by China Arbitration Institute of CUPL, Association of CEIBS Alumni International Trade and Intellectual Property Protection and Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, was held at China Europe International Business School, Shanghai. More than 500 people, including presentations from more than 50 international and domestic arbitral institutions and research institutions, professors, lawyers, arbitrators, and senior executives of State-owned and private enterprises, took part into this forum. The third forum focus on “promoting arbitration credibility, safeguarding the health development of economic”. It consists of a summit forum and 12 special forums. All the topics discussed are the hot topics and key issue of arbitration.
